We've created this page to provide you helpful information as a parent to a student within the Youth Ministry program here at 24:7. Feel free to visit this page often for updates.

As a parent, if you are needing to complete the forms for your child to attend one of our events, we recommend you visit our Forms page below. You will need to complete forms such as:

24:7 Permission Form
Request for Financial Assistance (optional)

In addition, you may choose as a parent to volunteer to help within the 24:7 Youth Ministry program. You can volunteer to attend an event, a retreat, or possibly help in the concession stand. If you do plan to volunteer, please visit our Volunteer page

We will also be creating resource videos soon to assist you as a parent of a teenager. Dr. David Fraze and our other ministers will be creating educational videos that you can view directly from this website. We will be notifying our parents when these videos are available.
